PH 9715 is a time document in two parts about the turbulent and obstinate life of Belgian Michelin star-chef Piet Huysentruyt.

BOOK 97 is an integral fascimile re-edition of the book that was published in 1997. At that time, the book astonished because of the visionary recipes, the daring lay-out and the radical photography by Tony Le Duc. It was designated as ‘photographic foodporn'.

BOOK 15 is new and tells about identity, teamwork, respect, frustrations and the down to earth approach of the star-chef. In the new recipes, some combinations of ingredients date from the earlier days and link with BOOK 97.

In BOOK 15, photographic trompe-l’oeils were used. They reflect the raw nature of the Ardèche / France, where Huysentruyts’ Likoké restaurant is located.
